FMT Logistic Services is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team full-time and onsite in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the company's business growth by managing and leading the sales team, implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. Responsibilities: 1. Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets. Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with company goals. 2. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative sales strategies that maximize market penetration and revenue growth. 3. Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities within the logistics and transportation industry to expand the company's market share. 4. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Compliance and Quality: Uphold industry standards for safety and quality while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior service. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally within the logistics and transportation industry. - Strong leadership and team management abilities to oversee and guide a high-performing sales team. - Exceptional communication skills, both in Arabic and English, to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. - Negotiation expertise to secure favorable deals and long-term partnerships. - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required. - Located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
